Good Night Sleep Tight Glycerite
Encourages relaxation and a deep sleep.
This non-alcoholic herbal glycerite can help you to relax and drift off to sleep, naturally. Unlike some prescription or over the counter sleep aids, it will not make you groggy in the morning. Liquid extracts are also a very convenient form to take sleep aids, as it may be inconvenient to make tea during the night.
This formula consists mostly of the mild calming herbs Chamomile and Lemon Balm, and is supported by the sedative herbs Hops, Skullcap, and Valerian. Balanced to create a mild, yet effective extract for those who may be sensitive to stronger herbs such as Valerian. Please read below about the suggested dosage, and in the educational section about specific herb properties.
Usage: Take 40-80 drops (about 2 dropper-fulls) orally before bed for gentle sleep assistance,
1tsp for slightly stronger, and anywhere up to 3 tsp in a night. Allow a full night's rest to avoid sedative effects while you need to be up and going about the day.
